- Won the Best Paper award at the 12th Tamil Internet Conference – INFITT 2013 for the paper titled, “Use of Grammar Rules for post processing of Tamil OCRed document”
- The under-graduate project under my guidance titled, “UNL for Machine translation from English to Tamil” won the TCS Best project award in 2013
